How to Order

Ordering from MiKAT FreshFood takes about two minutes and does not require an account. If you have never bought groceries online before, this page walks you through every screen you will see.

Step 1: Find What You Need

Use the top menu to browse a category such as Honey, Dates, Khejur Gur, Spices, Pickle-Achar, or Oil and Ghee. If you already know the product name, the search box at the top of every page is faster.

Step 2: Check the Product Page

Open the product to see its weight, price, and description. Read the weight carefully. Honey and ghee are sold in several jar sizes, and the price on the listing always refers to the size shown.

Step 3: Add to Cart

Choose the quantity and press Add to Cart. You can keep shopping and add more items. The cart icon at the top right shows your running total at all times.

Step 4: Go to Checkout

Open the cart and press Checkout. Review the items and quantities one last time here, because this is the last screen where you can change them yourself.

Step 5: Enter Your Delivery Details

Fill in your full name, mobile number, and complete delivery address. Two things matter more than anything else on this form:

  • A working mobile number. Our delivery partner will call you before arriving. If the number is switched off or wrong, the parcel comes back to us.
  • A complete address. House or holding number, road, area, thana, and district. A landmark helps a great deal outside the main city areas.

Step 6: Place the Order

Select your payment method and press Place Order. You will see a confirmation screen with your order number. Note that number down or take a screenshot of it, since you will need it for tracking or for any question about the order.

What Happens Next

  • Our team calls you to confirm the order.
  • Once confirmed, we pack and hand the parcel to our delivery partner.
  • You can follow the parcel on the Order Tracking page using your order number.
  • The delivery agent calls you when they are nearby.

Ordering Without the Website

Not everyone likes filling in forms, and that is perfectly fine. You can place the same order by calling or messaging us:

Tell us the product name and quantity along with your name, mobile number, and full address, and we will place the order for you.
