  • Products: All food and grocery items offered for sale on our website.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh to use our website and make purchases. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

  • You may place an order as a guest or create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
  • MiKAT FreshFood reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product information, descriptions, weights and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to differences in packaging, seasonal availability, natural variation in agricultural products, or human error.

Natural products such as honey and khejur gur may vary in colour, texture and crystallisation between batches and seasons. This is normal and is not a defect.

We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracy or update product details without prior notice.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, AND ONLINE PAYMENT VIA: bKash / Nagad / card.

MiKAT FreshFood reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or cannot be verified.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • Upon placing an order you will receive an acknowledgement by SMS, email or phone call.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment is received (for prepaid orders) or once our team confirms it by phone (for COD orders).
  • MiKAT FreshFood reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting customer service. See our Cancellation policy.

Delivery Policy

  • We deliver to all districts of Bangladesh.
  • Delivery timelines vary by location, product availability and courier performance. Any estimated delivery time is approximate and not guaranteed.

  • Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. MiKAT FreshFood is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  • If a COD order is repeatedly refused at delivery without valid reason, we may decline future COD orders from that customer.

Return and Refund Policy

  • We accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong products only.

  • Refunds or replacements are processed after verification, which may include a photo or video of the item as received.
  • Opened or partially consumed food items are not eligible for return unless proven defective.
